• Company Profile
• Two recent 2 x 2 pictures
• VAT or non-VAT Certification of Registration
• Letter of Application/Proposal

FOR INDIVIDUAL BROKER

• Certified photocopy of valid Real Estate Broker's License issued by PRC;
• Photocopy of TIN
• Two recent 2 x 2 pictures
• Letter of Application/Proposal
